Consulting – the New Car Buying Process
As with everything in life, there are changes happen. With Toyota, this is no exception either. You can find a whole slew of information on new incentives from Toyota. However, navigating all of that information can sometimes be a challenge. A lot of folks out there steer clear of dealerships, when the easiest way – most times – to get the information they want, is to stop on in!
It seems at times the concern is that the staff are out to take advantage of our customers. In reality, taking advantage of our loyal customers (and new) is effectively burning bridges. The goal, at least for Wilde Toyota, is to serve our community and help people get into the new vehicle they’ve been wanting.
Unfortunately finding accurate information can sometimes be difficult. There is a new era of information, and that information can get very confusing for many people. The staff at our dealership is here first to be a consultant and trained to know the product. The first part though, is the most important. After all, who wants to buy a vehicle from someone they don’t trust!
It is the mission at Wilde Toyota to provide exceptional value to our clients, along with great service and the best selection of new vehicles or preowned vehicles! We would be happy to sit down for a consultation any time!
If you were to visit us for a consultation, there are a few things you should know:
- Shopping for and buying a car can be stressful, we understand that.
- Not everyone is ready to buy a car “today,” we understand that.
- Some people want their car now, we understand that – and are prepared for that.
- Our goal is to learn about your needs and find the right vehicle to fit those needs.
In order to best assist you during the consultation there are a few things we would go over:
- What the vehicle will be used for
- If you have specific options you are looking for
- What your goals are at the given point in time
- Addressing any vehicle specific questions
There are other things we would address, and typically people are already familiar with the first two points. A lot of times, though, there are not specific questions to the vehicle; nor are there clear goals. Not that either are “required,” we just want to best utilize your time around your needs.
We understand that buying a new vehicle brings up different feelings in different people. We hope that anyone that buys a vehicle from Wilde Toyota ends up leaving feeling great about their decision. If they don’t, then we have not done our job right, and ultimately we have failed our customers. That is not an option here. We look forward to making your next vehicle purchase the best automobile buying experience you have ever had!
